I had mine on a trickle charger over winter and I have been driving it every few days over the last month. It just sat for a week , went to start and was a little weak. Got back in after coming out of a store and it barely cranked. Got home and tried starting a half hour later and it wouldn’t...
Those clips are used on some other Ford products. I just had a fusion bumper apart and there were 4 of them that held the lower to the main bumper. Just go to the dealership.
We don’t typically ever blend other panels when painting a bumper unless it is a horrible color. Most every other panel will get blended when repaired. Unless it is straight black then you can typically panel paint those, but black still will have some brown mixed in and that can cause a problem.
Yeah, should be through the driving mode selection or if you only want the exhaust changed there should be another area in the cluster to choose it from. That is what I have read, I have the electronic pack.
I just did my first oil change today and you would be just fine with a jack stand on the left front and take the wheel off. I had two stands up front but I wouldn’t see a problem using one next time.
The butter wax doesn’t seem to get as slick as I would like. Meguires dark color wax seems to be much nicer to use. I almost would rather throw out the butter wax.
I work in a body shop and I see aluminum panels frequently. A lot of the time the hoods and fenders just don’t seem to fit well. At least when it comes to American cars, I am working on a Audi Q7 now and it is all aluminum and it fits up pretty nice. If your hood is pretty bad about the only...
I started mine a couple times over the winter so far. I have about 2800 miles on it and I will give it the first oil change close to April since that is a year since we got it new. I don’t really feel the need to get crazy with engine oil. I will use what is recommended and check the oil...
I am sure the dealership is rolling the dice when it comes to these types of offers. The amount of people that actually keep a car long term is few and far between, so they will probably never have to deal with this situation much. It probably entices a person to buy from the dealership and then...
I came across two dealerships while looking for a 350 last year that had this offering. One had a lifetime power train and another had I think a 20 year one. They both didn’t have any special requirements and warranty work could be done at any Ford dealership. The lifetime one was about 30...
Yeah the manual really doesn’t say other than turn engine off and wait 15 minutes. I have always checked after engine has run for a bit and then shut off, for an accurate reading. Sometimes I will check before I even start just to see where it is at.
I would probably agree with not liking PPF either, at least me having to pay to install it. It is pretty expensive to get done. I work in a collision shop and I see what it costs to paint body panels. For what you pay for PPF you would be paying a similar amount to repaint panels.
15+ Shelby GT350 >350R Cars and Parts only. The profile picture has a red shelby and a white one going down the road next to each other. People seem to sell tires on there frequently. Hopefully this can help you out.
