Can one still get Ohtsu tires? I got them with a set of SVE wheels @lmr back in the day primarily to save money on a wheel+tire bundle with a plan to get better tires later on.

The tires are way better overall than performance OEM tires my '17 pp was equipped with for a daily driving especially during cold weather (<65F) and rain. OEMs were better during hot summer.

I vaguely remember someone mentioning them being a rebranded Falken tires.
Decent thread life... still long way to go until I need a new set.

Yes they were a rebranded Falken but no they are not currently available.

I'm a big fan of those for the price and I've run a handful of HPDE with them. They may not be the "best" but they are very predictable on and off the track.
