2019 Mustang Schroth Quick Fit Pro Install - Help Needed

I am installing the Quick fit pro on the drivers side in my 2019 and wanted to know if I have to trim the interior rear panel that is over the driver side lower tensioner receptacle? I put the 2017 rear receptacle in and the rest is installed but the panel on driver side rear does not fit as the quick fit receptacle is being covered by panel and preventing proper fitment. I may have just been staring at it too long but if anyone has any tips on their experience I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Thank you. That is exactly what I needed to know. I was going crazy trying to figure out angles that it would work. Lol

I went through the same thing. I don't believe their instructions mentioned anything about it.

Nice job! I installed one of these and just cut out a chunk from the bottom of the panel, as others have done. But that slot looks nice. Wish I had seen this before I installed mine. :(
