Are there any plugs that supply ground and power near the headliner/trunk?

Basically looking to see if there is an existing harness that I could make a plug and play harness to supply 12v and ground for something in the headliner that is only on with the car, preferably closer to the rear of the car. If there is what plugs/pins/connectors would I need to make it work?

Depends for what you need the power. Amp? No way. Small applications? Probably, but I donā€˜t know if any are hot with ignition off.

Nothing major, just some fiber optic lights and it would only need power with the ignition on.

If splicing is ok, why not just take power and ground from the rear view camera?

I could do that, but I want to make it reversible/ plug and play if possible.

Well, then the only thing that comes to my mind is a CAR-AV 12-240 that plugs right behind the ACM and gives you constant and switched 12V and ground. But you need to get the wires from there to where you need them.
But this would be plug-n-play at least.

I dont mind running wires if I can keep it plug and play. Basically I would need to create a y-harness to connect to that plug. Any idea what plugs I would need for that?

Just google CARAV 12-240. It's a T-harness that goes in between the ACM and the plug of connector c240b. It's a harness that you can also use to integrate a DSP/amp into your car-stereo system. It has a constant 12V, an ignition 12V and ground connection where you can splice in without cutting the stock harness.
