Oh GEN 3 I see,, I hate these micro records. Impressive run.
There seems to be rocks and crap all over that starting line. Some of it falling from his car. @3:25 theres rocks all over his tire.

It's due to the staging lane.
The prep there broke 20 cars at street car takeover this past weekend.
Also at the private rental broke multiple cars friday night.
T.J. Bailey is one of the best in the business with prepping tracks

I correlate broken suspension and drivetrain parts with wheel spin and wheel hop, more than I do too good track prep. I'm sure the crew was working their butts off doing the best they could, making sure people got their runs in.
Most think the burn out is to only heat the tires. the other critical thing about it is, it cleans the tires off of rocks and dirt. If that's totally undone rolling up to the line, the track is not prepared very well, as part of that is keeping that area clean. If you watch top fuel, they have two guys who are literally wiping the tires down as they roll to the line, that's how important this is. It's a pain in the ass cleaning up when a car rolls up and drops a bunch of, mud, dirt, stones, water between the burn out box and starting line. It happens basically every car, unfortunately. It's why test and tune nights are so horrible to go too, no one's cleaning this mess up. I would have expected more from a private rental. The staff should have gone over with the drivers areas of the facility to avoid to help keep crap off the track. Nothing worst than getting one great pass and spinning the next 20, and not knowing why the cars being so inconsistent.
