Stripe Options

Hey everyone,

Just got my 2019 GT and I was considering adding some stripes to it. Looking over all the options I do like the super snake the best but I feel like the usual stripes are pretty overdone for mustangs. I found this unique look and thought it might be cool but wanted to see what everyone else thought. Was hoping to do something different than most without it looking horrible.

Feel free to throw any suggestions at me, or let me know what you think of the photos.

For reference my car is magnetic so these will be a subtle add in satin black.

I assume those are vinyl? Put 'em on and see how they look. If you don't like it, peel them off. It's not hard, just takes a little time and effort, then you'll know. Worst case, you spent a few bucks on something, and it didn't work out. That's just another day in the life of a Stang modder.

Fair assessment. Just hoping not to throw money in the garbage if at all possible. That being said, what is your opinion?

Relieved it isn’t your car in the shot as that hood scoop - ouch. There was a Boss 302 for sale - perfect except for that exact scoop. Sat on the market the longest time - low 20s.

Big Worm's Satin stripes (called Matte) actually appear gray in brighter light. I just put some on my Kona. Here's a few pics for reference.

I agree with @Blue Moon, give a shot and see. I also have a magnetic, and this might be an intersting option. Where did you find those? May have to see if they come in a red.

CDC makes them for 2018-2019. I have their wheels so I was browsing the site and came upon it.

Thanks! Although, looking at the images, might not be a big fan of the way it wraps around the rear quarter window. I wish I could find some red pinstripes that match te fade of the black stripes I have now.

No worries. I’m undecided myself. Might take a gamble on it. This or super snake stripes. Just want to be a little different
