Seat belt ticket (point on your record)?

Got busted not wearing my seatbelt. The officer told me is not a moving vilation and I wont get a point. I only have to pay the fine.

No point but don't pay the full fine. Either fight it or go to arraignment and plead no contest (same as guilty but can't be used against you later) and they cut the base fine in half.
