Transmission & Diff Drain plugs

Does anyone know the sizes for transmission drain plug and rear differential drain plug?
Only thing I can find online is 1/2" - 14 for the diff drain plug. Can someone confirm?

Diff is 1/2 NPT, --- It's important that you use an NPT as this type of thread is tapered and the taper is where the seal comes from. It's also much easier to find for a temp sensor.
trans is M16 standard thread. Large enough diameter to find an adapter to 1/8NPT which is common for temp sensor senders.
