Help me decide, take this bad boy to a dyno or just get the remote tuning and call it a day.

My set up will be the following:
2019 Mustang GT A10
-Hellion sleeper kit / base cast 62mm-ball bearing / stock headers
-3” straight pipe exhaust (flowmaster outlaw)
-GFB boost Controller
-MMR CMCV locks
-ID1050X
-Tripple fuel pump system
-Brisk RR12s spark plugs
-Reische 170 thermostat
-DSS driveshaft
-DSS 1400 shafts
-Suspesion - too many to list.

I’m trying to get a daily 93 tune and an E85 track day tune.

I’m looking to get this bad boy tuned mid-April.

I'm on a Whipple but interested in the recommendations as well. Struggling right now with a good place to do a WOT run without going to jail!

I am with you, and due to my location all reputable dyno shops are quite the drive away. I am coming from the Chevy community and don’t have any experience with remote tuning. But I’m sure it has come a long way since it’s offered by most companies.

if there is a respectable shop local use them, if not mail order. With a complex fuel system and a turbo it will take some datalogging and tweaking to get right.

Lund is gonna be better than any local shop offering a dyno tune. They've tuned your setup plenty of times so you have nothing to worry about.

Once you get the tune dialed in, you can throw it on the dyno to "finalize" it. You could even rent a local dyno and do a live tuning session with Lund.

Street tuning for a remote tuner is the best way to do it. Dyno works fine, but it loads the car differently than the street.

Hard part with street logs is finding a good place to do it lol.

By my calculations, a 4th gear run to 7500 RPM run works out to about 164 MPH. This is making me lean towards a remote tune but on a local dyno.

I do all my logs in 3rd gear on the street.

You do not need a dyno to tune your car. The street is going to give you more accurate load and more realistic conditions.

One of my first logs was in 3rd and I had traction issues, but it was only 30 degrees. I'll give 3rd a try when it warms up.
