I think all the Mustangs exported out of North America are missing those bits and I was initially disappointed too but once you get behind the wheel the other 99.9% that is there, makes them all totally inconsequential.
And don't get me started about those fanatics who keep whingeing about the handbrake being on the wrong side?????
