This should be updated, with actual details of what is in the package, then pre-release info.
If you go back to the opening post, you'll see that it was updated when Ford put out a press release with the official info and pictures.

Also, a whole new PP2 topic was posted [HERE]. It was intended to be a picture thread, but it's full of discussion regarding what the PP2 does/doesn't come with... as well as a few articles and video reviews. :like:

It's called a public service announcement.

It is important for prospective buyers of a car that comes from the factory with tires that can only perform appropriately at a race track that if they attempt to track their cars it will overheat in 3 laps. What you (Blue thunder) call BS, happens to be a fact validated over and over again by multiple C&D editors.

You want to try to warn potential victims in whatever relevant thread they may be reading.

Someone put a 1month gag on this^ guy.

He is suggesting that people who buy a Ford Mustang GT, with the PP2 package, are victims...!

Yep. Just like the GT350 buyers were victims - go read their class action law suit - that is the exact word used "victim".

But at least new buyers are now on notice that the PP2 overheats in 3 laps, in the only environment where it's factory tires can be properly used.

There - I just laid out the foundation for the law suit.

Public service announcement? Hehe....hahaha....hahaHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHA. OMG....yeah ok.

Can you point to where I said this wasn't happening? I bet you can't. Because I didn't. If you were literate, you'd know that.

"Victims"? You are suffering some severe first-world problems there bud. So a non-track car doesn't like track time without a cooler and you, in all seriousness, want to scream it from the roof tops? And you're so delusional you think you are doing everyone a favor by pointing this out on every thread you can? Is your log in to C6G not working and you're waiting on a password reset so you're burning time or what? Because if you're serious, you need some mental help now. Not today. NOW.

My guess: If Ford had made the PP2 with a cooler and it didn't over heat, you wouldn't be in here singing it's praises. Instead you'd be complaining about cup holder placement or some other pointless argument because all you want to do is stir the pot with nonsense and BS to get a rise out of people because your life is that sad.

Pathetic and you're making yourself look like a real winner by crying about a car you don't own all over the site.

Nevermind 1-month. Ban-hammer this moron and let's move on to more important conversations. Like lunch.

Oh man...you sure put everyone "on notice" alright.

I didn't know that C&D is written in "Baron95" and you're the only person who can decipher it. What do you want, a cookie? You strike me as the oatmeal raisin type. Nobody likes you and everyone would be happier if you weren't included in the variety pack.

Serious question: Were you born in '95? Because that's the mentality I'm getting from you. That of someone who thinks they know all, but in reality knows nothing.

Just to complete the public service announcement, the attorneys that are managing the Ford GT350 overheating law suit are interested in hearing from other Performance Package Mustang GT owners facing overheating issues. You may be able to join the GT350 lawsuit as part of the on-going class-action, or another class may be created.

Contact them at [email protected] if you feel you have been victimized by Ford.

Good luck to all the victims.

Funny that it's still "Ongoing" after 3+ years, isn't it?
