Memory Seats

Does anyone have an opinion on the potential to add the memory seat option available in the USA to our Aussie cars. Was thinking I could buy the mechanism from a USA wreck and have a local custom shop fit them up

I have tried that on my car and it will not work. You would have to not only have the correct wiring harness for it but also have to program your vehicle for it. At the end, too much money and hassle. Good luck!
