  1. For anyone that has installed the Roush Coil covers on their 18-19 Roush Supercharged GT

Thank you for your input. I got it resolved thanks to your information and the information from others
  2. For anyone that has installed the Roush Coil covers on their 18-19 Roush Supercharged GT

Thank you very much . . I spoke with the installing dealer today. The mechanic said he removed it because it looked cheesy after the SC install(before the coil covers) so he didn't re-install it. They ordered me a new filler neck and said when it comes in to just stop by one day and they will...
  3. For anyone that has installed the Roush Coil covers on their 18-19 Roush Supercharged GT

Are you saying there was a factory filler tube that may have been removed during the install ? Currently the cap is directly into the valve cover and there would need to be a filler neck to reach up under the new coil cover. I don't remember what it looked like when i took the car in for install.
  4. For anyone that has installed the Roush Coil covers on their 18-19 Roush Supercharged GT

So after the initial install of the Roush Supercharger kit on my 2018, I decided to order the Coil Covers accessory kit. In all the pictures it shows the oil cap on top, but my kit didn't come with anything to extend the oil filler tube. All I have is a hole in the top of one of the covers above...
  5. First week with my RoushCharged A10

Mine was just shy of $10k. I had mine done at the dealer after owning the car 10 months and had 1,200 miles on it. It's a stupid amount of money, and the most I have ever dropped on a car mod at one time in my life. The quotes from local reputable shops for the various other brands weren't much...
  6. First week with my RoushCharged A10

I didn't do any of that. My driving style is that I will never take it to the track or beat on the car with hard launches.Traction is a real problem so I should probably get some drag radials but I'm not even sure about that.
  7. First week with my RoushCharged A10

Holy Hell this thing is sweet !!!. I read all the forum posts over and over. The general consensus was that there are other kits that give more power for the same money and why spend so much and not get max power ? For me, the warranty, the safe tune, the (arguably) greater resale value of a...
  8. Best tires 20inch drag radials for supercharged car

Is the sway more prominent in the smaller diameter wheels? Meaning 17's would have a taller sidewall than the 20's ?
  9. Best tires 20inch drag radials for supercharged car

My '18 goes in for the Roush kit in a few days so I will probably be looking for drag radials soon. I was thinking of ordering some 10.5 wide Performance replicas as well. Any ideas on a good size to run that will be flush with the rear fenders ? I've read that 305's should be perfect but just...
  10. Should I order the pre-tapped timing cover for my Roush kit ?

My dealer called me yesterday to let me know the supercharger kit arrived. We're scheduled for install this coming Monday so too late now anyway. Just in time for Spring !!.
  11. Should I order the pre-tapped timing cover for my Roush kit ?

I just ordered the Roush kit for my 2018. I am having my local dealer(they have done many)install the kit. Would it benefit me to order the timing cover that is pre-tapped and has that spot ground down? I know the labor should be (and is) included in the price, but I want to avoid any pitfalls...
  12. Am I missing something? (From a chevy guy)

I was in a pretty similar situation when I went looking. Drove the 10 speed auto and fell in love. Bought it the same day. You may find that a stock 2018-2019 with the A10 is enough for you.( Disclosure.... I ordered the Roush supercharger last week LOL)
  13. Boosting a finance mustang *?*

My Mustang is financed but i got a really good rate. I used my Credit card to purchase my blower and then spent the rewards money from the blower purchase on my Jeep. Life is short and I'm a happy guy.
  14. Trying to Decide

As I understand it, you don't "keep" your warranty with any kit. The SC manufacturer simply gives you their own warranty(provided it is installed and documented by an ASE approved mechanic). Also, any tuning outside their canned tune is disqualified from any warranty.. Others please correct me...
  15. Timeline for Ford Racing Performance Parts to release a Performance Pack for the 2018

SEMA has come and gone. Bullitts have been out for a few months. Still nothing from FRPP(Ford) ?
