When I had a similar situation, misfire w/no codes on my 2003 I ended up data logging through the SCT tuner connected to a laptop (stock tune and COP in car) and found the 2 sick COP right away by looking at the misfire data graph. Replaced them, with stock models and it's been fine ever since...
