Can't you lemon law a car if it's been at the dealer for 3 consecutive weeks?

^^^^^^^Yes! As I stated in a previous post, according to ths SM at my dealer, he was told by the Ford engineer that they are aware this is a problem, and as such they are changing something about the driveshafts, supposedly why it will take 6 weeks(now 5ish) to get mine in. AGAIN, THAT IS ALL...

Source of the info , as I'm told from the service manager, is a Ford engineer, I can ask for his name. I won't have anyway of knowing when the part comes in until they call me and tell me it's there, however I am going to look at it when I take the car in to have it replaced, I'll grab some pics.

I also suspect this is the case, not sure why they went with a 2 piece drive shaft on a car with IRS and fixed diff anyway.

That was my first question, should I even still be driving this? Service manager says (of course) that it will be fine, and it's all under warranty if a problem arrises.

That is all the info the service manager had for me today, as soon as I learn more (part#, TSB, etc.) I will post ASAP.

New drive shaft design. Just got a call from the service manager, who just got a call from Ford engineering. They now realize there is a balance issue with the current drive shaft design, and are designing a new drive shaft, expected to start shipping to dealers in 2 to 6 weeks.

Dealer drove mine today with the NVH, says they called the engineer with the results and he says to replace the drive shaft, should be here in a few days. Finally feel like I may actually be getting somewhere, fingers crossed.
