I wouldn't worry about it, the spherical bearing is tight and won't allow the link to flop around. The install looks correct, I checked our car out and they haven't moved either.

It appears to be installed correctly, the factory hardware is used so there is no issues there. The spherical bushings will allow the link to "twist" from side to side as pictured. How does it look on the other side?

The site is active with both part numbers 25410R and 25410B.

They are at the powdercoating shop, hope to have them back tomorrow. If all goes according to plans we will be shipping in a couple of days. I will active the part number on the website www.hotpart.com by the end of the day so you can get your order in.
