Not sure this was ever answered, but no intercooler upgrade in STx. I run my EBPP in STP (19x10, RE71Rs, Cobb tune, Strano RSB). The IC is the next thing I'd like to change but mainly for track days. If I upgrade the IC I'll just run CAM-C.
I've been hesitant to make suspension changes since...
I'm running my EBPP in STP this year and moved to 19x10s with 285 RE71Rs. Anyone have a suggestion for starting pressures? Based on experience on other cars I'm thinking it might be slightly less than the 275 Bridgestone on 9s.
Thanks!
Are you still on the crappy Ford soft cap lug nuts? Those are the worst I've ever had on a vehicle. When I bought my EBPP (used with only 9k miles on it) I had to use 3 different size sockets to remove the oem lugnuts. Replaced them with some quality all metal ones and never had an again.
Really has nothing to do with aftermarket wheels as long as you have the correct sensors. It's more an inconsistency with some cars not recognizing the sensors automatically.
That's what is most confusing to me as my three sets are the correct Ford parts, including the original set that came with the car, and the car won't pick up any of them on it's own even after 100-200 miles.
I've got the tool so no need to deflate/re-inflate the tires, but I haven't been able to get the process to work if I cycle the hazard button to enter the programming mode. Got no idea why it's different when I use the brake pedal/start button to enter programming mode. At least there's one way...
I gave this a try this afternoon. 3rd gear pulls from 3k-6k. OTS Cobb Stage 1 tune

note: I did three attempts. HP values were all 365.x...
There are two ways (at least) to get the car into tpms learn mode. The one involving toggling a dash switch (I forget which) says the car is in that mode but it never actually works for me. I'm calling the following the "pedal dance" and it works every time:
1. Turn the ignition switch to the...
I have Ford OEM sensors in three sets of wheels for my 2015 and they have never self-learned. I have to use the reset tool and also have to do the pedal dance to get the car into programming mode.
Thinking about picking up a set of these for my next autocross wheels. Just to confirm...there is no need for spacers with the 19x10s, correct? I'll be running 275/35 or 285/35 tires, most likely RE71Rs.
