Well I just hit 30 consecutive days of the car inoperable due to an issue with the transmission. Parts are on back order until 02/15 and they still haven't looked at the tick on the motor. I've got a case started with BBB. Hopefully everything goes smooth.

So they were not very specific today other than one of the broken pieces is on back order and won't arrive until February 15th...womp womp

They did not tell me what the issue was yet, only that they were waiting on parts. The service adviser does not seem as knowledgeable as the tech that I spoke with when I dropped the car off. I'm going on day 9 of being out of service though and I don't think they have looked at the motor tick...
