I bought it at an auction, but unfortunately, I imported it from the United States to the Dominican Republic in April. After making a few minor repairs, I'll have to take it to a mechanic. The noise does tend to disappear when you accelerate, but it comes back when it relanti.

I had seen this video a while ago, and after watching it, my belief that it might be a problem with the camshaft and lifters increased a little more since the sound is similar.

That's the same use I give mine, although I'm thinking of doing circuit and drag racing at least once a year. For those occasions, I would use 0W-40 or 0W-50.

I'd swear that the higher the number after the W, the thicker the oil would be, but it's reassuring to know I could use 0W-40 or 0W-50 without any problems. I'll try 0W-40; if I don't see any improvement, I'll take the car to a shop to have the timing chains, tappets, and camshafts checked.
