siganture sv502. continental extreme contact 295/35 rear, 285/35 front. made sure tire width was within spec on the Tire Rack online charts. have been very happy.
here's my post a few years ago:

If you don't think 70+ pounds off the rotating mass on a GT350 is going to feel different, I don't know what to tell you. the car feels more nimble, steering is lighter (almost too much ) than compared to stock. It was obvious right away. Additionally, I run slightly smaller tires (Billy...
To me, the number one thing this car needs is weight loss. If you get lightweight wheels you can lose about 10 pounds per corner rotating mass. If you then get ceramic front brakes, thats 16 pounds saved per corner. (I think it's around 7 pounds saved per rear ceramic, so the value isn't as...
bumping this. Same ongoing clicking issue here driver rear when turning. will take off wheel, clean wheel/hub area, torque back on tightly, sound goes away for a while, then slowly returns.
Any more solutions? would be nice to have a definitive fix.
you mentioned earlier maybe the UDUD configuration adds some power. Combine that with the lighter crank, maybe a modest benefit results overall vs the CPC?
either way, your larger point is a good one, and it's been interesting peeling back the marketing around the FPC and the Voodoo.
Voodoo crank is approx 5 pounds lighter than predator/coyote. How much does the weight difference contribute to RPM targets and power increases? Beyond my paygrade. But the crankshaft is lighter, and that is supposed to matter.
could ford make a lighter cpc option? i don't know. Maybe the...
Interesting that what Shelby originally did was take a finished Mustang and modify it, so now that's being emphasized as the "original" way to go about things, as compared to the Ford Performance route.
If I were going to spend over 100 grand on a new car so I could have a "Shelby Mustang,"...
Interesting video. the quote "carroll's favorite car was always the next one" makes me wonder if he'd feel that way today, given the regulatory/climate enviornment and the compromises that the "next one" increasingly has to make.
try to drive a GT350. The sharpness, feedback, connection, sound, etc. is on a different level than the GTs. It's more raw, and the connection with the driver is more direct.
I drove a friend's 2020 Bullitt the other day, and it was a more insulated experience. All the inputs were a little...
If you're really concerned about resale, don't get a tech. If you are excited about driving a GT350 and plan on holding on to the car long term, then I think it's a good buy.
(I personally like not having the extra coolers. I don't need them, and they add weight and more things to go wrong...
more bass with the non R exhaust, imo. While they are both obviously excellent, I personally like the deeper growl.
Also, the R is a bit louder I think. I already have neighbors and local authorities giving me enough glances.
