I've had mine installed for 5 months or so and it's still tight, and I love it. This shifter and the supercharger are a match made in heaven. The supercharger revs out quick and the shifter allows a quick transition to the next gear.

I have the hybrid 3 and it's by far one of the best upgrades I did with the exception to the supercharger. I can't say it's better, because I only know about the Barton. I highly recommend it. Super fast shifter with a can't miss 3rd gear. You won't be disappointed
