Nonsense. Onus is on the dealer to not
misrepresent what the car is.
With that being said, I would check difference in book values between the
base Mach 1 and HPP Mach 1 and ask for the difference as a price adjustment.
4. Iāve gone to 3 different dealers about
paint related issues, and got 3 different
responses from the service managers regarding warranty coverage, ranging from zero, to partial repair, to full repair.
1. Is your car drivable?
2. Are there not any other dealers in your area?
3. If yes, whatās stopping you from talking to the transmission guy & service manager at another dealer, and determining what
replacement parts they would use, and
the the time frame for getting it repaired.
1. Is warranty paying for the repairs?
2. I call BS on the replacement parts
not being the updated parts.
Parts department should be able to provide clarification.
3. What is their reasoning for why nothing has been done?
This dealer sounds incompetent. It shouldnāt take multiple attempts to properly repair your car for known issues. Makes me wonder who is working on your car.
