I've never had the problem but enough folks have reported it for it to be a concern. Regardless, locking them out with the lockout plates and moving adjustments to a threaded knuckle with jam nuts should eliminate any possibility of it wandering.

Ford wheels that get put in a accessory package end up being very well priced. The others, not so much. You may want to also look at the Shelby CS-11 wheel, it is a very similar style.

PP1 CS is staggered, same as non-CS PP1.

The CS wheels in question are from CS PP1 cars and are the 19" X 9F/9.5R wide for 255/275 factory PP1 tire sizes.

They aren't generally repairable items. But, in all the times I've heard somebody claim they have a bad ECU it has only once actually been an ECU so I'd recommend retracing your steps that led you there.

They are the same throttle body so yes. Pull a few tunes from the HP tuners site you'll see the throttle body tables are the same too from my limited understanding. The differences between Mach 1/FRPP tune look to be in the timing tables used to achieve the power.

You may be thinking about the FRPP engine controller for the standalone crate engine controls. You should be able to get a tune for E85 with the throttle body and GT350 air filter.

Maybe I'm being weird, are the upper strut tower mounts included in the M-18000-F shocks the PP1 style as sold under M-18183-M? With the M-FR3A-M8A package non-existent well into summer I'm trying to piece one together as best I can and it calls out some redundant parts.
