  1. MBRP street series questions

    Awww...forgot about that.
  2. MBRP street series questions

Hey Mitt, I got a MBRP street series catback I will sell you. Its aluminized steel with black 4 inch tips w/ about 4K miles on it. I took it off about 2 years ago and its been sitting in my shed in one piece. Came off my 2017 GT premium...nothing wrong with it...just wanted something louder...
  3. What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

Cool. Tirerack peeps gave me different info. I want to go 305 rears....but will have to get wider wheels apparently.
  4. What did you do to your S550 Mustang today?!

Great stance! However, if those are the performance pack wheels that came from factory 9 inch fronts and 9. 5 inch wide wheels on the back, 285 is the max on a 9.5 wheel.... from what I've been told. I wouldn't push it too much. Be safe.
  5. Found my car for sale in New Jersey

I did not know you can get all leather interior and it not be a premium model? The only thing I see not making it a premium model is no 6 inch screen.
  6. Help with exhaust. Corsa Xtreme or Sport ?

I just pulled my MBRP street series off my 17 GT and wanted a little bit louder exhaust and went with the Corsa Xtremes. Never plan on doing headers. Couldn't be happier. Very loud on cold start up...but doesn't last long. More burbles and cracks than the MBRP street (if you have a CAI) and...
  7. Quietest aftermarket catback

The one you are looking for would be the Magnaflow Street Series catback. That was the first one I put on my 2017 GT. The 4.5 inch tips filled out the valence perfectly and looked great... Kept it on for about 6 months...just wasn't loud enough..so I stepped up to the MBRP street series...
  8. 17 GT Manual PP...How would you mod it with $5k?

I have a 17 pp1. The first mod would be a MGW shifter...I love it.
  9. Power Pack 2

If you are referring to the Ford Performance Power Pack 2 I have had no issues with it for the last 5 thousand miles when I had it installed a year and a half ago. I have a 2017 performance package GT premium. If I could go back in time, I would not get this CAI canned tune. TBH, I can tell...
  10. 5 inch exhaust tips?

its the standard valence that comes on the premium pp1 package. Yeah, i guess it might melt the valence if you dont get it perfectly centered. The reason why I asked was because I saw a Dodge 392 charger with aftermarket tips that were at least 5 inches and it looked good.
  11. 5 inch exhaust tips?

I have currently owned a Magnaflow street catback exhaust system and currently have on the MBRP street catback exhaust system. Both systems come with 4 1/2 inch exhaust tips. However, they do not fill out the rear valence completely. I think if I could find some 5 inch tips, it would...
  12. Wow, I didn't realize how much a weighted shift knob would improve the feel of the MT-82!

Following this....I just ordered an MGW short throw x-spec standard handle 21% reduction in throw yesterday. I was set on buying a Raceseng nob that weighed in at 1.5 lbs. However, I was advised by MGW that that was just too heavy of a knob. MGW sells them and their heaviest comes in at 1/2...
  13. 2015-17 Mustang GT Ford Performance Power Packs

johnD.....I agree with you about the ford performance pack 2. I can't tell much of a difference either and I don't even track my car. I'm just a weekend joy driver who likes to do pulls from 0-80mph occasionally. I have the Steeda clutch spring installed on my 17GT and I get a "stuttering"...
  14. question about E85/E15 gas

I recently installed a Ford Performance Power Pack 2 on my 2017 Mustang GT which requires 91+ Octane fuel. Can I run E85 or E15 fuel in it without damaging my car? Thanks for your replies in advance.
  15. Why doesn't an oil catch-can come stock on our Mustangs??

If oil catch-cans are so beneficial to our Mustangs, then why didn't the Ford engineers have them come stock on our cars to begin with? I'm talking about the 2015-2019 5.0. The costs of the parts are relatively cheap.
