Quick question, is the JLT Oil Separator that is used on the GT350 the same one used on a 2018 GT 5.0?

Quite a few people I know with GT350s have told me to order the Steeda Clutch Spring for my car. My question is what are the benefits? I find the clutch engagement and feel fine with stock spring. I’m just trying to understand.
