Our rear shocks mounts do fit the Bilstein rear shocks. I can't comment on the others as we have never used BMR springs. I can tell you our minimal drop springs work great with either strut/shock combo.

You're better off trimming your bump stop with only 3/4" drop. The holes are 5/8" apart so that will be about 1.25" extra wheel/tire bump travel.

Sorry I don't have the information on the grommets we used but the thickness of the cap is 0.100".

The factory anti roll bar angles the hose inward toward the center of the car and it appears the bar you are running makes the hose come straight up at a 90 degree angle.

Sorry but we wouldn't have that information. The Ford dealer you are planning on purchasing this from should be able to look that up for you.
