  1. Wind noise - is it normal?

    Looks like you own a 2016 ? More than likely you’re one of many including me that has a factory misadjusted side window. My 2015 did the exact same as yours. A body shop or dealer can readjust to get the glass to seal properly.
  2. Why not a 5.9L Coyote?

    Also the Dark Horse GT4 5.0 is doing well for a front engine car in the SRO racing series. It’s giving 911’s a good chase.
  3. Why not a 5.9L Coyote?

    GT3 5.4 is not really mass produced and it has titanium rods. The M-Sport 5.4 Coyote based engine is spun past 9000 rpms.

    Could the displacement and rod ratio mystery be solved by this;
  5. Why not a 5.9L Coyote?

    Pre-emission filthy tailpipe MPG vs. modern ultra low emission tailpipe MPG are two totally different things. Back in early emission infancy days things like air pumps, EGR systems, vacuum advance/retard, lean burn carburetors all destroyed MPG. Historically high MPG was obtained with high...

    What was the dealer diagnosis and corrective action ?
  11. Cleaning liner under hood

    My advice would be to remove the liner. Yup, pull it off and let the heat rise up and out. The liners only purpose is fire suppression, your rubber and plastic engine parts will thank you for the heat reduction once removed.
  12. Are headers worth it over just going catless + catback

    Early 70’s yes, by 1975 unleaded was at nearly every fuel station in the USA. All gasoline on road vehicles from 1975+ where manufactured with a catalytic converter thus requiring unleaded fuel.
  13. Are headers worth it over just going catless + catback

    Remember when Shell introduced “Reformulated Gas” that’s about when the “OMG that smells horrible”happened.
  14. Are headers worth it over just going catless + catback

    Not too long ago I pulled up to fuel up at Costco, premium was 6 something a gallon…. I put in Regular that day so I’d have some extra lunch money.
  15. Help about 5w-20, 5w-30, 5w-40 and 5w-50 oil

    @MRASPHALTO1 So I’ve listened to your video enough to say that motor is not firing on all 8 cylinders. Actually it sounds a bit like a diesel……. Time to pull the plugs and do a compression test. I’m assuming if you took it to have the oil changed you’re probably not going to do your own...
