If what I read is true Shell was in the process of changing the wording. The original stated “Made from GTL” the new wording is or will be “Made with GTL”

More than likely you’re one of many including me that has a factory misadjusted side window. My 2015 did the exact same as yours. A body shop or dealer can readjust to get the glass to seal properly.

My advice would be to remove the liner. Yup, pull it off and let the heat rise up and out. The liners only purpose is fire suppression, your rubber and plastic engine parts will thank you for the heat reduction once removed.
Early 70’s yes, by 1975 unleaded was at nearly every fuel station in the USA. All gasoline on road vehicles from 1975+ where manufactured with a catalytic converter thus requiring unleaded fuel.
