I noticed it about a week ago. Unfortunately had some hard driving over that week. Just have to hope for the best. That's the thing. the pressure gauge is the same now which is why I didn't think of it being low on oil. And the mechanics didn't either.

I added the 6 quarts. yep, the noise is gone. sounds so lovely now.

yeah yours sounds like how they describe piston slap how it lessens as it gets warm. mine is the total opposite. it gets much worse.

It doesn't make these sounds until warming up on the highway.
