  1. More save the Planet stuff that is actually hurting it.

What was the point you were trying to make? That an EV, even when running on coal based electricity, produces less carbon emissions than an ICE? Yes, it does. Did you have a point?
  2. More save the Planet stuff that is actually hurting it.

And that really IS the point, isn’t it? We used to have lead in our fuel until someone ”with an agenda” decided that we could do it differently. People got upset of course because it meant that their car might need to run a fuel additive for a while, but the upside was that we aren’t inhaling...
  3. More save the Planet stuff that is actually hurting it.

Charging an EV from coal based electricity is still better for the environment than gasoline. Perfect? Nope. Better? Yes. Physics FTW.
  4. GM is pulling back on EVs

Or you could just go straight to the source of the figures and avoid the (very obvious) bias of a journalist

  5. GM is pulling back on EVs

I don’t know why you bother. I gave up a long time ago.
  6. GM is pulling back on EVs

I’d be utterly surprised if they weren’t trying to make them cheaper. Good lord. Who wants to pay more for a vehicle than they really have to, regardless of the motive power source.
  7. GM is pulling back on EVs

Or, was it because there wasn’t a 7 seat 4x4 available in Australia at a price point that was even vaguely realistic? Pretty sure we covered this several times. Pay attention. A genuine hypocrite would refuse to buy an EV after the mandates (that they support) have come into effect. I know...
  8. GM is pulling back on EVs

Lol. Tell me more about what I think. Or, you could ask me if I think these vehicles are emissions free
I’d take the time to explain that I don’t think that at all. Ever get tired of failing? Nobody = an increasing number of people. Emissions free = reduced emissions. Any other terms I need to...
  9. GM is pulling back on EVs

    Nobody
literally nobody
except for the ever increasing number of people who actually do want one. But yes, “NOBODY”. “Since Q3 2021, EV sales have increased every quarter, and the share of total light-duty vehicle sales that EVs represent isn't shrinking, either. The share of new sales that are...
  10. GM is pulling back on EVs

The US, like most countries, should probably aim to reduce reliance on other countries as much as possible. It’s hardly Chinas fault that nobody bothered to try and keep pace with them. We didn‘t blame the Japanese for leading the way in electronics for decades.
  11. GM is pulling back on EVs

The answer is to keep up with them, or at least try. Yes, it requires investment, obviously. More jobs. Better paying jobs. There is no future in continuing to spew CO2 into the atmosphere at the current rate. This is where future wars might be created. Even California will allow the sale of...
  12. GM is pulling back on EVs

Isn’t resource investment and technology development the whole point? Why blame a nation for doing the thing that they’re meant to be doing? Seems weird. People used to get upset at the Chinese for producing copies. Now they’re innovating, and people are mad. Can‘t win?
  13. Covid jabs, serious side effects and a law suit

How high do you have to be to believe this? Just think, there are people out there who actually fall for this crap. I wonder what other lies they believe?
  14. Covid jabs, serious side effects and a law suit

Your failure to recall or otherwise be aware of something, isn’t evidence that it didn’t exist. This information is easily found if you actually went looking for it, but instead, you’ve decided your conclusion and search for information that seemingly confirms what you already believe...
  15. Covid jabs, serious side effects and a law suit

If you vaccinate 100% of a population, 100% of the people suffering from myocarditis will be vaccinated. It’s pretty simple to work this out. However, if you don’t vaccinate ANY of the people, you’ll have more than 5 times as many people suffering from myocarditis. You're looking at the numbers...
