I agree intercooler would be a good first mod.

Yes that is the bracket and it was a slight adjustment of the bracket and torque to 35 lb ft.

I just read this thread for the first time. I am the tech that found the problem on your car. It was the trans cooler bracket vibrating against the engine block. Pretty cool I was reading different threads and found this one. Small world and I'm happy you can enjoy the car now :thumbsup:

Yes you should be fine just will notice loss of power from the disconnected hose. I am a Ford tech in southern california and have seen a few Focus St's come in with hose being blown off.

What lug nuts are you using with those wheels?

I have been using Pennzoil Ultra since day 1 and seems to back up all the testing results I had read about it.

For the fellow manual trans ecoboost owners what rpm are you launching at after tune and bolt ons. I am planning on trying 20psi in the NT05R's

13.9 @98mph.

My best was a 13.9 in stock form and yes I am still on the stock intercooler. Intercooler is next on my upgrade list just trying to decide which one to go with.

That's damn good. That looks pretty close to my current mod list. Are you auto or manual trans? I hope I have a similar result from Torries unleashed tune.
