Yes i didnt think about the brakes. I used them on my performance pack with plenty of room. But your brakes are about a half in. Bigger. So it might be close
Are those that are having trouble with installing center caps putting them on after the wheel is mounted? If so put the center cap on first. Then mount the wheel.
Coilovers are good not just if you track your car but also if you decide to change tire/wheel size. Like me for example I have had three different sets of wheels with different profile tires. Each set required slight adjustment to ride height.
You should look into coilovers. There are a few good setups for around 1500. You will spend a little less with seperate spring/shock combo but won't have any adjustability if you decide to do so in the future.
