Hey guys, do y'all know how much RMS power the Shaker 9 speaker amp puts out per channel? Thanks!

Did you manage to find the per channel RMS?

If the 400w peak is an accurate number, that equates to roughly 30w rms per channel...

The general rule is x watts continuous = 2x program = 4x peak. For example, 30 watts continuous = 60w program = 120w peak. This doesn't mean an amp produces more power to get the program or peak values; they are characteristics of an AC waveform with regard to time. Think of them as specific points on an AC waveform.

RMS voltage is 70.7% of peak. Power = V^2/R
70.7% of 70.7% = 50% (halving the power)

By the way, watts RMS is a misnomer. RMS is a voltage term, not a power term.

I don't know the power handling of the OEM speakers, but suspect Ford spec'd an amp that's reasonably compatible with the speakers.
