I like the Forgestar Drag Wheel 17x9.50 with M&H 275x45x17 drag radial.
All the tire you need and will fit great with no rub.

I already own the tires and was looking for some cheaper wheels than Forgestar or Drag Stars. Thanks though.

In about 2-3 weeks I will have that same tire on the 17X10.5 drag star. Beefcake assured they won't rub, but I will find out soon.

Hopefully that extra slightly wider wheel won't cause any problems over everyone until a year ago running the 10" wheel. With that said I've never gotten actual confirmation of anyone running the drag star 10.5" wheel.

The 17x9 Cobra R reps from OEM wheel rub... Not sure on the 10.5

I have the jms 17Ă—10.5 and they don't rub at all and are a good bit cheaper then dark stars and forgerstar.

Yeah, I'm starting to think the 10.5 Cobra reps will stick out too far and rub. The JMS wheels seem like the next best option. Atleast they are somewhat reasonably priced compared to Dark and Forgestars.

The 305/45r/17 is a lot of tire and I think it is really over kill and hard to fit under the fender.Just saying.

I'd swear the rear wheels I have for my slicks are 17x10.5 Bullets from American Muscle that were slated to fit older mustangs, but I don't see them on their website anymore.. They fit perfect and are cheap.

For some reason it won’t load my image but I’m running 17x9.5 cobra reps from OE wheels with no rubbing at all. Base model brakes.

I have a couple Grimace427 took down at MIR. I am just realizing I never got any prints from him... For some reason I never think to take any pictures of my cars..

Looks good. Are you running 17x9 front?
