I had this same issue and was back at the dealer 2 hours after delivery when I saw it. They replaced both seat covers as well. There was 5 more on the lot with the same issue after I brought it to their attention!

My seats were done back in October I only drive the car maybe 2-3x a month took the car back because my seats are not cooling in nov. then noticed "damage" door sill & center counsel "ripped leather" told dealer and they just told me today "NO way we didn't do it, you pulled the seats out wtf that's the area that got damaged I'm not saying my rear window is scratched because my you pulled the seat. Now I have seats that still don't cool and interior damage to a brand new car, tell me you can help? The local rep still never got back to me about the cooler they cooled to 73* in the dealer shop

May not be the same thing, but my passenger side seat didn't cool. It turned out the wrong non-ventilated cushion/foam was installed at the factory. They had to order new foam and install.

I have dyed mine orange anyways, so didn't see any mixed thread colors.

Anyway you can post photos?

I bought a orange dye pen that I plan to use on threads.
