2 for backup and 1 for fog - if you look at the back you have three sections, 1 white (backup - 1 bulb), 1 red (fog - 1 bulb) and 1 white (backup - 1 bulb)

Yep that's true, but don't know why I was thinking that we have 1 bulb and it reflecting to the other side.
