Btw be careful what extras you buy regarding wheels.
Like for example, if you want the black 19x9f and 9.5r, you don't have to buy anything else wheel package wise (I'm considering you're buying a GT with that price).
But if you buy some wheel package, including the premium package that might contain a different wheel, you won't get the black ones.
Here's a link for all the wheels and sizes for the mustang:
http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showpost.php?p=462127&postcount=81

edit: Europe might get different colors???
Taking papinist's car in consideration, his wheels look the the GT ones, but silver, not black.

edit2: So I took a glance at the brochure. There are 3 wheel options:
In the premium package they give you 19 inch wheels with 255/40 tires and chrome I bet considering papinist's car.
You got 400E package for 19 inch with 255/40 tires. No info on the color, I guess it's the chrome wheels from Premium package.
You got 400E package for 19 inch with 255 front and 275 rear. NOW I skipped this package because I thought I pay 400 E for just the tires. Well a big FUCK YOU Ford because you also get 9.5 on the rear. MY GOD! Should have just went with it damn.

Thing is, I believe these are the packages for Ecoboost. The GT has 225/275 already, why pay 400 E? Why get 255 all around from premium package when you have 275 rear??? Maybe for the GT you get 20 inch wheels? Really ask your dealer and not verbally, send him an email or get smth in writing. They are fucking stupid, know nothing and you buy things blindly and get what you don't really want.

Obviously no discount at all, even if I point out the front parking sensors issue (Ford Italy advertised them, but there aren't present - then Ford said ok I can have FPS but I'm still waiting)
Also my dealer said that is the 'rule' for the Mustang in Europe - no discounts.

Be careful with that alarm package that is 400 €. The car comes standard with it.
Partially true. We got standard the perimeter and volumetric alarm (interior sensors), but the 400 eur package has an additional battery back-up sounder.

This is what we got as standard:

ANTI-THEFT ALARM -
VEHICLES WITH: INTERIOR SENSOR

Alarm System

WARNING
Do not arm the alarm with full guard if passengers, animals or other
moving objects are inside your vehicle.

Perimeter Alarm

The perimeter alarm is a deterrent against unauthorized access to your vehicle through the doors and the hood. It also protects the audio unit.

Interior Sensors

The interior lamp unit sensors are located in the overhead console.
Note: Do not cover up the interior lamp unit sensors.
The sensors act as a deterrent against unauthorized intrusion by sensing any
movement inside your vehicle.

and this is the 400 eur alarm system:

ANTI-THEFT ALARM - VEHICLES WITH: INTEGRAL BATTERY

Alarm System

WARNING
Do not arm the alarm with full guard if passengers, animals or other
moving objects are inside your vehicle.

Perimeter Alarm

The perimeter alarm is a deterrent against unauthorized access to your vehicle through the doors and the hood.

Interior Sensors

The interior lamp unit sensors are located in the overhead console.
Note: Do not cover up the interior lamp unit sensors.
The sensors act as a deterrent against unauthorized access by sensing any
movement within your vehicle.

Battery Back-up Sounder

The battery back-up sounder is an additional alarm system, which sounds a
siren if your vehicle battery or the battery back-up sounder is disconnected. When you lock your vehicle the system is armed.
The sounder has its own battery and will sound an alarm siren even if someone disconnects your vehicle battery or the battery back-up sounder itself.

For EU the warranty is 2 years.

The extension warranty cover 3 more years with the same terms and conditions. Total of 5 years.
I'm still waiting for my dealer to told me how long is the standard warranty.. (sure, for Europe is 2 years mandatory, but he didn't know this too!) and no mention of extended warranty :(

I bet he is the worst dealer of the world  :frusty:

400 E for a battery alarm? You got it very detailed I see. My brochure says only
"Alarma perimetrica" - Perimeter Alarm. I got inside alarm, perimeter alarm and anti theft nuts. Asked the dealer and he said "yeah prolly just alarm". No thx then. I'm still mad about the wheels :brokenheart:

No. Believe it or not I'm talking about Ecoboost.

Convertible (49) + Auto (2) + Custom Pack (3) + Luxury tax (3) = 57

As far as I know the standard wheels with Custom Pack is like papanist's (chrome)

2 years mandatory for Europe + 3 Ford protect (this is how it called) = 5 total.

At another thread some members refer prices for the extra warranty.

Yeah most likely. You get chrome all around.
If you don't want chrome wheels and chrome finish, you can get away cheaper with the gloss black wheels.
In Ro, the custom pack is 2500. the lower custom pack is 1200 and doesn't have cooled seats, parking sensons, chrome all around. You can buy seats and sensors for 1000. That means you get custom pack with black wheels and no chrome for 2200, instead of 2500.

Of course my brochure is like yours, and my deealer knows nothing about alarm - I took all the info from the euro manual :)

Beware, going with custom pack means also better interiors.

Ah yes, forgot about interior. Still don't get why you can't get black wheels and the premium package?

The reason I want custom pack is things that you can't change afterwards.
real stitching, soft upper door panels, better leather quality.

This car will last for many many years (at least 10). I don' change cars often, especially with the current economic events.... So I don't care for 1000-2000 more when you reach 50K+ levels...

Not an option. If you want black wheels you keep the chrome and you have to pay an extra good amount for black wheels as an accessory.

I didn't give you the other choice so you save 300 Euros. I thought that you might want to know what you get for what you pay and how you can mix them up. Most of us went blind in the purchase and while the car is very nice, would of been nice to know what the hell we are buying.

edit for your post: so you buy premium to get chrome wheels and then you buy extra package to get the same wheels you would of gotten anyway :))

If you split Custom Pack to independent accessories, you may save some Eur but you'll loose the premium interior.

"Custom Pack" is the key word.
