I asked and was told "shipping" does mean actually on a boat!

My status was waiting shipment for a couple of weeks, I got gate release and schedule dates seemed to suggest shipped out of flat rock today to the port.

Well update from my dealer with a screenshot of vista shows ETA to dealer has now been pushed back again to the 5th December, so even though my car has been at the docks since last week it doesn't look like it got on the boat with the 1st batch :(

I now have the same ETA as you, and I know my car is loaded on a rail car and is going to the port, confirmed by Deysha.
Do we really know if a ship has sailed with uk cars on, I'm not so sure

When I worked at Honda UK a stock status of "Floating" meant it was actually on the boat.

Last week Karen told 9111tiles his car was leaving Baltimore on Monday (although I think the story changed later) which would make the shipping company K-Line and the vessel Brasilia Highway.

But the next problem to solve is do the cars get unloaded at Zeebrugge or Southampton. Some posts have suggested Zeebrugge for customs clearance and undersealing but Ford have a £12m distribution centre on Southampton docks.

Will we ever find out or understand the process.

Karen told me the boats are destined for Zeebrugge first and go across to the UK.

This was confirmed by my dealer (from the briefing he got from Ford).

They're definitely unloaded at zeebrugge for undersealing. Something like 600 euro cars were recalled to bremerhaven because they didn't do the underseal correctly! Hope zeebrugge are on their A game.

Also, there are several other heading for Southampton via Zeebrugge throughout November.

I had a quick look on the K Line website but couldnt figure it out!

Looking at WWL half the ships to Zeebrugge don't visit Baltimore so I think:-

Cars for Bremerhaven are sent by WWL based on you can find cars destined there on WWL's tracking site.
Cars for Zeebrugge are sent by K-Line (weekly sailings) and previous shipments used K-Line.
