Round GT trunk emblem from S197

On a side, I wonder if the emblem from the original would be a good fit on the new one, sort of like some guys place the old Challenger badge on the new one.

Ha! I was actually JUST thinking the same thing.

Do you know if the EU rear panel is the same fit? It would be awesome if it were just a straight swap as opposed to tweaking pieces to make it fit.

Not sure on that, but as long as taillights and the upper and lower "border shapes" (where the plastic meets the metal part of the trunk and the bumper on the bottom) are the same on the EU version, I would imagine it's easily swappable.

I want a round emblem as well for my V6. I'd be fine with the horse/tribar in the center or just the horse. Or blank so you can put something custom there.

I think the Euro rear circle badge looks a lot better on the car then the random GT chrome lettering on the back of ours honestly. I guarantee they'll be for sale through Ford parts suppliers at some point soon.

Seriously though, I hope so. I don't MIND the "GT" on ours per se, but a round one just seems more...classic. it's what I think of when I think of Mustangs.

I always wanted that chrome surround around the fron pony last that last listing, but ever since I got my DIB Stanginator front emblem, I'm suddenly ok with the all black, lol

Whaaaat? That's crazy, even for the decklid with the badge, It's still a piece of plastic. They should be like 80-100 bucks, not 600.
