Poll closes tomorrow morning! Last chance to get your votes in.

Right now DIB is in the lead with Race Red being a VERY close second.
It should be all colors in one picture, change color each month, or a unique color not specific to Ford 15/16 lineup. Otherwise, if a moderator changes the color based on 20-30 members of a poll is just plain silly and no consideration of equality.

It's already been mentioned to have all colors shown in the same pic, or rotate what color is shown. I think both are good ideas.

Saying that changing the color based on 20-30 members of a poll shows "no consideration of equality" is simply not true, however. Heck, leaders of nations are selected via voting similar to this. And last time I checked, usually 1 option/person doesn't get 100% of the vote. But that's the point: conduct the poll to see what the most popular option is, and then go with that.

You can't please everybody, so at least please the majority.

Take post #43 and think about it how a majority of colors will likely pick their own color and put that thinking into leadership. I'll leave it as that. Just my thoughts.

Majority would work if this was announced to the majority. Since it was not, at least I don't recall, the majority poll is geared to only those that saw in the Site Announcements, Feedback, Questions lounge.

So what if people vote for what color they own? Do people not generally vote for those within the political party they associate with? Or root for the school they went to? This is the same idea. Vote for what YOU want, regardless of WHY you want it. And numerous people in this thread have mentioned they're voting for a color they don't own.

Further, it was originally posted in the "General Forums" area, but Mods moved it here. It had well over 150-160 votes before moving to this area.

Additionally, unless I posted this in a thread specific to color, it doesn't matter where it ended up. While it might not be a high percentage of people voting on it, it would still be representative of the members in general. It's not like members are limited to what threads they can view based on what color car they have and I chose to start this thread in a place only certain people could access it. All members can see and vote on this poll, regardless of car color.

I think you're over thinking this Charles, we aren't saving lives here or overthrowing a democracy....just picking a car color.

Love to get into a great discussion about it but it's not worth it...1. you are passionate about the thread because it's your poll. 2. Your points are what I expected. We are not on the same page but I understand what you are saying. 3. eventually you will understand

You're clearly trolling at this point. I refuse to believe anyone can be as ill-informed and naïve as you.

Thanks for supporting my 1st point. When you live in a box and don't understand you get frustrated. Don't ever step outside of the box!
