I'm down for the lighted door sill.

Yeah, but isn't there more to it than just buying the new sills and popping them in? I didn't think LE's were wired for that lighting feature...

Welcome Kit

Just got a call from my parents that my welcome kit was delivered today. It was from ford racing and in it was the leather bound owners manual as promised, a large book basically of the mustang history it seemed (didn't have them open it and read it further lol) and a portable charger for your devices (phones, tablets, and such)

USPS/FedEx/UPS?

My guess everything is including as far as wiring goes my only question is how much will labor run?

You can get custom ones with your name also
It says it is a quick DIY installation
Kit contains both sides
scratch and scuff resistant
The last car I owned had lighted door sills. I wrapped the sills with clear film, I plan on doing it to these as well unless they are already wrapped.

Might get them just to have them, but I'm thinking the lighted Mustang Sills look better and may get some of those to use.

If the wiring is there for the sills, is the Adaptive Cruise Control wired for install too?

Someone taking their bumper off didn't see any connectors in that area. Maybe there's a connector further back on the structure that an ACC harness plugs in to.

MC, have you got a page for this? Want to see what they look like.

Did you mean name or S/N?

Looks like UPS attempted to deliver a package at the house today from Detroit. They left a notice that a signature is required. They will attempt delivery again tomorrow.

Does the promo code expire tomorrow as well? My kit hasn't arrived yet.
Thanks
Yes, the code actually popped up on the web page when I was checking out. I backed up to look at something and it popped up. Maybe they thought I changed my mind. You don't need your kit to order.

Yes, there is another harness for the adaptive cruise, you can see it in the Ford parts manual.
