Quality Hold?

My car moved from awaiting shipment to in transit on Tuesday. Yesterday the delivery date was moved out by 3 days. Now today, COTUS shows the car back in awaiting shipment and the delivery date field was removed altogether.

Is this the dreaded quality hold or just COTUS being COTUS or what?
