I just got the rail car # from my dealer and called the rail car tracker # AND my car is STILL in New Boston MI. The automated update said something about load weigh build data reported...no ETA available. Not sure what any of that means but my EDD is now 9 Feb and it might change again. So bummed right now.

What is the rail car tracker #?? And is there any other way they can track it without a rail car #? Maybe a vin?

No other way that I'm aware of. Your dealer should have your rail car #. I emailed my salesman and specifically asked for the rail car number and he gave it to me. FordService might have it also but you may not get it as quickly as contacting your dealer.

Ok great thanks my salesman just texted me saying he just got an updated sheet today that says delivery of the week of February 3...guess cotus is wrong saying Feb 12 I hope!

Did he give you the rail car # or the current location of the car?

I got convoy.

I originally had convoy also...via vehi-ship but that was apparently his ride from the facility to the rail yard.

I see, also the week of FEB 3 will match up with my EDD as well, prob a solid timeframe at this point.

I'm not questioning your EDD just providing info in case someone (anyone) wanted to track the specific location of their vehicle using the rail car #!

Nice! My EDD moved back to 2-4-15, what a mean trick it pulled this morning. I wonder why it would move back and forth like that.
