Poster made! Now I just have to hang it up out in the garage. Much easier to make an original poster than I originally thought. And as I pulled into the parking lot of the printer, I see another '15 - magnetic 50yr appearance, so I park behind it. This is only the 3rd '15 I've seen in the wild. Two magnetics back to back... looked really good. When I get inside I give my thumbdrive to the printer and he pulls up the shot and says;
"Is this your car?"
"Yeah, I picked it up Dec. 3rd."
"Nice, I got mine Dec. 4th."
"Ha, ha! So it's you that I parked behind."
Spent the next twenty minutes gushing over our new toys. Pretty fitting that he'd print out my poster.
Nice choice! The car looks very silky smooth. If you want it framed, check out frame sizes ahead of time so you can print it the exact size that'll fit. I went with 24 x 36.
Win - win. I also had a dilemma on which photo to use.
I like your black and white because of the contrast, angle (car looks mean), and flow - it's a still shot, but it naturally pulls your eye through the photo.
I like your color because it shows off the guard nicely and the composition keeps your eye on the car.
- print each out on 8.5 x 11 on your home printer (quality doesn't matter too much) and prop/tape each of them up in your home. After a few days of seeing it regularly, you'll know which one is the winner. Or if you have the space... have multiple posters made!
