haha no reps = replicas, and flow formed = better than cast but not as good as forgedIf those are multi piece wheels you're batting beyond my ballpark!
same on the little rail but its kinda growing on me. those look spretty dope. The American Racing is a 20" and just a personal matter but that little railing in-between the spokes bugs me for some reason. It doesn't belong there.
If I was gonna do a TorqueThrust style in a 20" I would do the Shelby CS-11. It's "light'ish" and the looks would be the least radical departure from OEM.I'd do these in a heartbeat if I had a Bullitt !!! 20x10 Bullitt Motorsport wheels (wheelreplicas.com)
Its a takeoff on the new trend of "aero" wheels. You will see it show up more and moreThe American Racing is a 20" and just a personal matter but that little railing in-between the spokes bugs me for some reason. It doesn't belong there.
Those are beautiful!Personally, I like the second set, very similar to my HRE FF11’s but you don’t have to go black. All black wheels are everywhere and it’s hard to see the detailing on the wheel. Here is what the second set would look like in silver with a slight tint.
The Bronze would look great on black. I ran them on two different dark blue cars and loved them. If they looked good on Grabber Blue I would do it again. These wheels are available in 19’s and 20’s. Mine are 20x10 +35 and 20x11 +50, which is perfect if you don’t want them sticking out at all. They sit perfectly flush. Those are beautiful!
Yeh, I think I will go satin gunmetal. Variant has a number of finishes they once offered for these wheels but since they're closing out they only have the satin colors left. They have a nice bronze but I'm not that bold...haha. They would look good against black though!
I was looking at 19" wheels solely for the fact that the 20" tires cost so much. But I looked at the 315's in 20" and they were about $80 less than the 305's which was kinda weird.
Whay's your specs??
EDIT: Found this pic online. Pretty close to a black Bullitt. Just the window trim will be different.
The exact specs I was looking at! Michelin PS4S in 295/30 F and 315/30 R.The Bronze would look great on black. I ran them on two different dark blue cars and loved them. The bronze is hot without a doubt. I wish it would look good on Grabber Blue, I would have them re-done in a heartbeat. But I just don’t think it would look good and I’ve never seen anyone else do it; there must be a reason. The exact specs I was looking at! Michelin PS4S in 295/30 F and 315/30 R.
This guy did the bronze and I think it looks fantastic.
