What cosmetic shape is it in? It looks like there's some spots on the left side of it and I'm wondering if those are scratches or just dirty.

Does it still have all the tabs and the foam lining?
Also just to be clear, you’re saying this panel came from the ford factory with the black emblem as part of the black accent package?

yes it is a factory panel. I removed it to a blank black panel and then added a custom coyote badge. The original car that this was on had a black out package. All badges on the car including the grill badge were black. I have the original grill too if that is of interest. I know the panel has the tabs on it, I will have to look when I get home to see if it has foam. If you send me your phone # I can text you more images.
