I see you guys are taking a run down to Shuttleworth

You seem to be meeting on the M1 Shuttlewoth is on the A1 and is a good 2 hour drive I Have been driving up and down for a few years now I would meet on the A1 and leave a little earlier the drive down the M1 is ok but then you have to cross all the way back over to the A1
Lots tend to turn up around 09.30 -10.00 for the meet and breakfast starts to get quite busy after that popular place at weekends .

Here was me thinking it was Shuttleworth north of Manchester it’s not, it’s 202 miles there, 3 hours 32 mins from here in York. Gonna have to pass on that one I’m afraid, I’m not a fan of driving on the motorway for 7 hours of the day. Have fun though!

For those of you that are not on FB. Here are a few of the 70 or so Mustangs that made it to Shuttleworth. Mostly S550's along with a hanfull of S197's & SN95's a single fox body and only one classic '65. Weather was dry but windy for a while, but it had rained hard on the way there, then snowed on thr return trip, considering it is mid Winter it was a great turnout. Great venue for a Mustang meeting which happens last Sat of every month.

It's still under discussion.

Currently Shuttleworth are charging £10 per person to use the car park, also the cafe is not open yet.

We are looking at the situation closely, and discussing alternative venues.

Once a final decision on dates and venue has been made I will post up here all the details.
