the 500 and GT 350 was my inspiration for the stripes.a little off topic comment: a local Ford dealership acquaintance showed me their "off the showroom floor" Kona Blue GT500... Fully loaded with a sticker price of $105K, which included the $10K white stripes. the kiddos will be off the payroll very soon and I hope to get a GT500 just like the one I saw. Apologies for the off topic comment.

I too have been thinking about the GT500 as well. My current car stickers about the same at the new GT500.
I still have some winter months left to think about it before I start modding this one.
