My car is FBO with a CJ manifold. I twill have cams and a mono blade very soon. I will not shift at high rpms to save its life. it currently has bmr engine mounts, steeda bushing insert, steeda shifter bracket mount. I know I could go to an mgw shifter, but with the engine and trans mounts I don't think deflection is my issue, Im feeling its my clutch. Can I get away with a single disc spec or exedy at 8k rpms? I have a set of cams sitting in the garage so the car will see some high rpm use. I just really don't want to sink 1500 into a clutch for a non boosted application.
