I'm looking into buying a 2019 GT with active valve exhaust. Anyone know who has the best prices around here for a corsa extreme cat back system?

Save your money, or buy something else. I have been dealing with the rattle issue. It sounds absolutely horrendous unless you have it in quiet mode or track mode. Corsa has not been really much help. They did send another set of valves I'm going to install today but i don't hold too much hope. I wish i would have done some research before spending $2000 on this exhaust. The rattle has gotten worse since adding longtube headers. I WOULD NOT BUY THIS EXHAUST!!

This video will help you decide on the corsa.
I know I'm in the minority here but I've never cared for how most of these systems (all brands) and cars sound with LTHs.

Really? I've not too much about this rattle. From a quick search it seems like nearly all exhaust systems have the risk of having a rattle.
Heard all of them have a rattle issue.

Can you describe the rattle issue for me?

I swapped out the valves today and about 80 percent of the rattle is gone. Sounds much better. I found the driverside valve (butterfly) very loose. The shaft that holds the butterfly has alot of play. Some rattle or resonance can be heard in normal or sport mode when pulling away from a stop under moderate throttle, also when at steady cruise and stepping down in it before it down shifts. I have been a loyal Corsa customer and had three of their catback systems, one extreme currently on my wife's 17 gt. This system for the price, doesn't live up to their other systems in my opinion.

Did you install it yourself or have someone else do it? Also, is this a common issue or possibly something a defect?

Also, do you have any other mods done to your car?

Yes I did the install myself. It is a 19gt, 10spd auto. It has arh catted longtubes, full 3" exhaust, Lund e85 tune, bmr drag spings, bmr cradle braces(762 & 005) vertical links and vms drag wheels. The cat back was installed when the car was totally stock and made noise right away. Speaking with Matt at Corsa, he has said they have had issues with the valves. I put about 300 miles on the new valves between yesterday and this morning and they are definitely better. There is still an unpleasant tin can type sound, but it is tolerable. I previously had both the corsa extreme and sport catback on my old 15 gt with catted longtubes and never had this type of sound. Not sure if it's just because of a valve style muffler.

I am in a similar boat as these guys. I posted a clip here a few weeks ago and found out I wasn't the only one with the issue. So far I have not had it rectified. Here is a short clip about the issue I'm having.... you can hear the rattling sound. If it wasn't there I would be extremely happy but if I can't get it taken care of I'll be taking the kit off.
