Me crazy, and I can't help myself
Do you drop the exhaust? I almost always use a 5 inch grinder to cut metal
Sawzall is better I find. I don't like shooting the sparks all over from the grinding wheel and it creates a ton of heat as well. Sawzall is faster, the cuts are real clean too

Damn! This looks nice... Too bad I just got the Corsa X pipe a month ago... would have gone this route for sure at 1/2 the price. I'd say "no brainer" for sure.

To cut my pipes I bought a chain cutter. Works great and did a perfectly clean cut.

Chain cutter is a good idea, might see if I can round one up myself.

Curious how it sounds. I want a bit louder, but have no interest losing the unique sound of this car. Any feedback is appreciated. Heck, for two hundred bucks, I may try it and see. Thoughts?

It will sound just like the GT350R. A bit louder when in sport mode with more "pops and crackles" and a little bit more "raspy". Normal mode will pretty much be the same.

If it sounds like the corsa x pipe I agree with more raspy/pops/crackles. Louder in sport and comparable in normal mode.

Also big advantage is ability to come back to stock. This SS clamped setup is clearly better than a poor weld job with steel pipes.
